RRB ALP CABT 2025 [Psycho Test]

Memory Test:
This section evaluates a candidate’s ability to recall and accurately remember specific details.- Candidates will be shown a map with buildings and structures to memorize, and later, they must identify their locations on a test page.
- A figure-matching task requires candidates to compare a given figure on the left with five options on the right and identify the identical one.
- In another part, candidates will study a railway map with station names and later recall and mark the locations correctly.
Following Directions Test:
This test measures a candidate’s ability to understand and follow given instructions.- A pattern of letters will be displayed, and candidates must determine how directions within the pattern change.
- A circular arrangement of English letters and numbered squares will be presented, and candidates will answer questions based on the entire pattern.
Depth Perception Test:
This test assesses the ability to accurately judge distances.- Candidates will analyze a pile of bricks labeled with letters (A, B, C, etc.) and count how many other bricks are touching the labeled ones.
- In another task, candidates will view a pile of blocks and count the number of completely hidden blocks.
Test of Power of Observation:
This section examines how quickly candidates can observe and compare data under time constraints.- Candidates will compare two numbers and determine if they are identical. If the numbers match, they select ‘Y’; otherwise, they select ‘N’.
- Candidates will analyze four groups of digits (A, B, C, & D) to find which contains the number ‘6’. If ‘6’ appears in more than one group, the answer is ‘E’.
Perceptual Speed Test:
This test evaluates how quickly candidates can recognize and match figures.- Candidates will be given a figure and must rapidly identify the identical match from five options.
- A second task involves another figure-matching challenge, where candidates must quickly find the exact match from a set of given figures.
Each of these tests plays a crucial role in assessing a candidate’s aptitude for the ALP role, ensuring they possess the necessary cognitive and observational skills required for the job.
