Application Process
| (a) | The applicant can apply online in any one block. |
| (b) | Online application must be made on the link available on the departmental website of Panchayati Raj Department https://gp.bihar.gov.in. |
| (c) | Only the information filled by the applicants will be considered final and it will be mandatory to submit the certificate in the counseling on the same basis. |
| (d) | Decision regarding eligibility/ineligibility will be based on the information filled by the candidates in their online application. |
| (f) | It shall be mandatory to upload the affidavit made by a notary available on the website https://gp.bihar.gov.in. |
| (g) | If the information provided is inconsistent during verification, the candidature will be cancelled. |
| (j) | Ensure there is a vacancy in the Panchayat before applying. Applications for non-vacant Panchayats will be invalid. |
Determination of Merit List
| (a) | Panel for appointment will be prepared by Gram Kachhari Secretary based on Megha marks. Law Graduate marks will be the basis for merit. |
| (b) | In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate. |
| (c) | The final panel will be valid for the full tenure of the Gram Kachhari. |
| (d) | Objections to the panel can be filed in the office of the concerned Block Development Officer within 15 days from the date of publication. |
| (f) | Vacancies may increase or decrease, and updates will be provided on the departmental website. |
