Bihar Polytechnic 2025 Application Form will be released via online mode. It is a state level entrance examination conducted once every year. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the conducting authority for Bihar Polytechnic examination.It is also known by name of Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE). It offers diploma courses in Engineering & Non-Engineering programmes. Admission will be offered to candidates in PE, PPE, PM & PMD courses.

Eligibility Criteria
Polytechnic Engineering Course (PE)
- Passed 10th (Secondary Examination) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Candidates appearing in 10th exams in 2025 can apply but must pass before counseling.
Para Medical (Secondary Level) Course (PMM)
- Passed 10th from a recognized board with Science & English as subjects.
- Candidates appearing in 10th exams in 2025 can apply but must pass before the merit list publication.
Para Medical (Intermediate Level) Course (PM)
- Diploma in Pharmacy: Passed 12th (Intermediate Science) with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics/Biology.
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery): Passed 12th with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (5% relaxation for SC/ST).
- ANM Nursing: Passed 12th with 40% marks & English as a subject.

Application Process
Step-One: Registration
- Candidates must fill in the required details correctly during registration.
- Use only personal or parent’s email and mobile number.
- Verification codes will be sent to the email and mobile number, which must be entered to verify.
- Once registered, the mobile number and email cannot be changed.
- After successful registration, candidates will receive a Registration Number via email and SMS.
- Login with the Registration Number and Password to proceed with the application.
Step-Two: Multi-Step Application Form
- Personal Information: Select the desired Course Group and enter personal details.
- Contact Details: Provide permanent and correspondence address.
- Educational Information: Enter academic details as required.
- Upload Photo & Signature: Upload a passport-size photo with a placard (name & date mentioned) and signatures in Hindi & English.
Step-Three: Application Preview & Final Submit
- Review all details carefully before final submission.
- If any errors are found, edit and update the information.
- After verifying, submit the application form.
