Membership is open to students, professionals, and individuals who agree to abide by the library’s rules and regulations. Applicants must provide valid identification and complete the admission form accurately.
2. Membership Fees
Admission and membership fees are non-refundable. Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
3. Library Hours
Members must adhere to the library's operating hours. Late entry or overstaying beyond the allotted time slot is not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
4. Code of Conduct
Silence must be maintained in the library premises. Use of mobile phones is restricted; phones should be on silent mode. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the library except in designated areas.
5. Use of Resources
Library materials, including books, magazines, and digital resources, must be handled with care. Damage or loss of materials will result in penalties, including replacement costs.
6. Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their personal belongings. The library is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Bags and other large items may be subject to inspection.
7. Internet Usage
Internet access is provided for educational and research purposes only. Misuse of the internet, including accessing inappropriate content, will result in termination of membership.
8. Admission Suspension/Termination
The library reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of rules or misconduct. No refunds will be provided in case of suspension or termination.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The library is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises. Members must follow all safety guidelines while using the facilities.
10. Changes to Terms
The library reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or library notice board.
