Mode of Selection
The selection process consists of two levels:
- First Level Test: OMR Based Test or Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Second Level Test: Physical Ability Test / Trade Test (Qualifying in nature)

Shortlisting for Second Level Test
- Field Attendant: Top candidates in 1:3 ratio based on OMR score.
- Other posts: Top candidates in 1:3 ratio based on CBT score.
- If multiple candidates have same marks at cutoff, all will be called.

Note on Final Selection
- Second Level Tests are qualifying only; marks are not added to final score.
