Present menus and provide detailed information (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly. Ensure all tables are set up correctly and maintain a clean and tidy dining area. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 0-2 years of experience in F&B service. Qualification: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
