• With Meta, to measure our advertising — only if you accept advertising cookies (see below)

• In connection with a business transfer or merger

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

NexisGrow sites (www, NexisResume and certification) use:

• Essential storage — cookies and browser storage that keep you signed in and remember your settings. Always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics and our own first-party product analytics, to understand how pages and features are used.
• Campaign attribution — if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we keep its campaign tags (such as utm_source and ad click IDs) in a first-party cookie for 90 days and link them to your account when you sign in, so we know which campaigns bring people to NexisGrow. This information stays with NexisGrow.
• Advertising — only with your consent — the Meta Pixel. If you accept, Meta receives the pages you visit and when you sign up, sign in, or upload your first resume, together with standard browser information and Meta's cookies. We never send your resume, its file name, or details from it. If you decline or don't choose, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

Your choice is saved for 180 days and applies across NexisGrow sites. You can change it at any time: Cookie settings. Meta's use of this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.

You have the right to:

• Access and review your personal information
• Update or correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent for data processing

Requests can also be raised through our Grievance Officer.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes in this policy. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy here and updating the "Last updated" date.
